When: Tuesday, July 14 at 12:00PM – 2:30PM

Invitees: Kids who completed grade 2 through grade 6. All friends are welcome to attend as well!

Location: Walnut Hill Golf Course, Uniontown, PA

Cost: $9 = This includes one round of mini golf and one scoop of ice cream.
*Parents who choose to stay are welcome to purchase ice cream separately.

About

We’re excited to invite our 2nd–6th grade students to a special afternoon of fun, friendship, and fellowship!

The purpose of this outing is to give our kids an opportunity to connect and build meaningful relationships outside of their regular Sunday classroom environment. Throughout the afternoon, students will enjoy mini golf, ice cream, games, and a short devotional time designed to encourage their faith and strengthen their sense of community.

This event is a wonderful chance for children to deepen friendships with one another while spending quality time with our Kids Ministry leaders in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. We look forward to a memorable day filled with laughter, encouragement, and connection!

    I allow the minor listed above to participate in the event on the dates and at the location listed above. If I am unable to be reached, I give FCC New Salem, by its representative, to hospitalize, secure treatment for, and to order anesthesia or surgery for my child named above. I further agree to be responsible for any and all bills incurred for such treatment. I, hereby, give full authority to the representative of FCC New Salem to use his/her discretion in determining if such medical treatment is necessary, and I release FCC New Salem (i.e. representative, chaperone) from any and all responsibility for the results of that determination. I further release FCC New Salem (i.e. representative, chaperone) from any responsibility other than normal supervision and care of my child.
