Serving Our King Jesus

Our model is to know the Way, show the Way, and go the Way. Leadership at FCC New Salem maintains the Scripture laid out specifically 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-3. Leaders must be called by God to that position, and be a man who loves God and loves people. The position will require the leader to be involved in the fulfillment of our mission and vision, and teach in accordance with God’s Word. These leaders make up the official church board.
